Homemade Vanilla and Chocolate Ice cream - Without Machine -Just 3 Ingredients

Chocolate Icecream: Chocolate Sauce: 13 cup sugar 13 cup Cadbury Cocoa Powder 1 cup Milk 1 pack Olpers cream 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Cream Mixture: 2 pack Olpers Cream 1 Tin Condensed Milk(any brand)

Method: chocolate Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat pour in 1 cup milk,1 pack cream,cocoa powder,vanilla essence and sugar.Beat well ensuring no lumps are present.Cook until mixture is thick and creamy.Allow to cool.

In another bowl beat the 2 packs of cream and 1 tin of condensed milk until mixture is smoothe and creamy.Once the chocolate sauce mixture is completely cool pour it in this mixture.Beat and mix well untel fully incorporated. Pour out in a deep air tight container.Freeze for 4 hours. After 4 hours take out the mixture and beat well this step ensures that ice cream is creamy and soft(not at all icy) After beating Freeze for another 3 hours.Repeat the beating step again . Now freeze for another 5 hours after beating the mixture for the second time.Serve with rolled wafers or fresh fruit.Enjoy!
