Mango and Vanilla Panna Cotta Recipe in Urdu | Homemade Mango Panna Cotta | Mango Desserts

Mango Panna Cotta Recipe with complete steps. This video shows you tow to make homemade mango panna cotta in easy steps. Best ever Mango Dessert recipe of Mango Panna Cotta.


For Mango Panna Cotta:

  * 250 ml Mango Juice/Nectar
  * 1.5 cup Mango puree
  * 2, 1/4 tsp Halal Gelatin Powder

For Vanilla Panna Cotta:

  * 1 cup Milk
  * 500 ml Cream
  * 1/3 cup Sugar
  * Pinch of salt
  * 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  * 2, 1/4 tsp Halal Gelatin Powder.


For Mango Panna Cotta:

  1. In a bowl pour in the mango nectar to it add the gelatin powder.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Allow mixture to sit for 10 mins. Turn on the timer.
  4. After exact 10 mins add the mango puree.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Now microwave the mixture on high for 1 min.
  7. Once microwaved mix well ensuring all the gelatin has dissolved.
  8. Now arrange dessert glasses at a 15 degree angle in the cup cake tray.
  9. Pour in the mango panna cotta mixture so that it half fills the glass at an angle.
  10. Once full Keep the dessert cups at an angle in the fridge.
  11. Refrigerate  for 2 hours until set.

For Vanilla Panna Cotta;

  1. Meanwhile we make the vanilla panna cotta.
  2. In a saucepan pour in milk add the gelatin powder.
  3. Allow mixture to sit for 10 mins.
  4. Once 10 mins are complete put saucepan on low heat add in sugar,salt and vanilla essence.
  5. Mix the mixture ensuring sugar and gelatin  is well dissolved on low flame.
  6. Once dissolved remove from heat.
  7. Allow mixture to cool.
  8. In another bowl. Beat the cream until smooth.
  9. Now to it add the milk+sugar+gelatin mixture.
  10. Mix well using a whisk until smooth mixture is formed.
  11. Now once 2 hours are complete pour in the vanilla panna cotta mixture to the dessert comes.
  12. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  13. Garnish with diced mango and mint.
  14. Serve chilled!
