Ingredients:

  * 1 pao Phool Ghobi (250 g Cauliflower)
  * 1/2 pao Aloo,diced (125 g Potatoes)
  * 2 Tomatoes,chopped
  * 125 g Onions,sliced
  * Salt as per taste
  * 1/2 tsp Ajwaein
  * 2 Bay leafs
  * 1/2 tsp Chilli Wafers
  * 1/2 tsp Roasted Garam Masala
  * 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder(Turmeric)
  * 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  * 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  * 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  * Ginger ,finely sliced for garnish
  * 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  * 3-4 Green Chillis,for garnish
  * 2 tbsp Oil

Method:

  1. In a wok heat the oil.
  2. Once hot add in the onions.
  3. Fry onions until they are translucent.
  4. Now add in ginger garlic paste.
  5. Fry for 2-3 mins then add in the bay leafs.
  6. Fry for another 3-4 mins.
  7. Now add in all the dry spices.
  8. Mix well. Fry for 3-4 mins.
  9. Now add in the tomatoes.
  10. Mix well. Cook for another 3 mins.
  11. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  12. Uncover and add in the potatoes.
  13. Fry the potatoes in the mixture for around 5-8 mins.
  14. Next add in the gobi.
  15. Mix well and Cook it for another 5-7 mins.
  16. Now our in 1.5 cups water.Stir well.
  17. Cover and cook for 15 mins until water has evaporated and aloo gobhi ki sabji is well cooked.
  18. Garnish with ginger,green chillis and fresh coriander leaves.
  19. Serve aloo gobhi ki sabji with hot parathas.
