* 500 g Bhindi,chopped * 2 tomatoes,chopped * 2 onions,finely chopped * 4 green chillis,finely sliced * 1 tsp Salt or as per taste * 1/4 tsp Haldi(Turmeric Powder) * 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes * 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder * 1 tsp Zeera Powder * 100 ml oil * Fresh Coriander leaves(Hara Dhania for garnishing)

1. In a wok heat the oil. 2. Once hot add the bhindis. 3. Fry for 15 mins on medium heat until brown and lace finishes. 4. Now add in all the spices. 5. Saute for 3-4 mins. 6. Next add in the tomatoes and onions. 7. Fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins. 8. Now cover and cook on medium flame for another 8-10 mins. 9. Uncover and add the green chillis. 10. Stir.Cook for another 2-3 mins. 11. Mazeydaar bhindi ki sabzi is ready. 12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 13. Serve with garam phulkas!
