For boiling:

  * 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks/chicken legs/chicken drums
  * 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  * 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  * 500 ml Water
  * 1/2 tbsp salt
  * 1 tbsp White Vinegar

For marinating:

  * Chicken pieces from the drums slightly chopped
  * Chicken legs separated
  * 5 green chillis+2 tbsp vinegar blended
  * 1 potato mashed with 1 tsp salt+ 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  * 2 onions finely chopped,water removed
  * 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  * 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  * 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Wafers
  * 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  * 1/2 tsp Salt
  * 1/2 cup Cornflour
  * 1 cup Flour (Maida)
  * 2 Eggs,Beaten
  * Oil for frying


  1. In a wok pour in water and the chicken drumsticks along with the ingredients mentioned above for boiling.
  2. Boil the chicken on medium flame until chicken is tender,well boiled and all the water has evaporated.
  3. Allow the chicken drumsticks to cool.
  4. Separate chicken from the chicken drumsticks in a bowl.Separating the leg in another plate.
  5. Now add in all the rest of the ingredients mentioned in the marinating section.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Now coat this mixture on each of the chicken legs.
  8. Repeat for all the chicken drumsticks.
  9. Heat oil in a kadai.
  10. Once hot fry the chicken drumsticks.
  11. Fry until golden brown.
  12. Serve with mayo or ketchup.
  13. Devour!
