Crispy Bihari Chicken Cheese Paratha || Bihari Stuffed Paratha || Khasta Chicken Paratha Recipe
* 1 cup Cheddar cheese,shredded
For Bihari Chicken Paratha Masala filling:
250 g Chicken Mince, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Soya Sauce, 4 tbsp Yogurt(Dahi), 1 tsp White Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Bihari Masala Powder(any brand) 1⁄2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1⁄2 tsp Red Chilli Powder Salt as per taste
For paratha dough:
2 cups flour, Salt as desired Water as needed 1 cup Sooji, 1⁄2 cup oil/Ghee 1 tsp Ajwaien.
Method: In a bowl marinate the chicken mince with all the spices mentioned above for 10-15 mins. Once done heat oil in wok.Once hot add the marinated chicken mince. Cook for 10-15 mins on medium flame until tender. Add 1⁄2 cup water. Cover and cook for another 10 mins until soft and cooked.Uncover and cook on medium flame to evaporate excess water from mince. Turn off heat.
For dough: Mix flour,water,salt,oil and ajwaein in a bowl.Roll out in a ball to form a dough. Follow paratha instructions as per recipe video.comments powered by Disqus
