* 1 kg Lauki(finely shredded,water removed) * 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder * 1 tsp Red Chilli Wafers * Salt as per taste * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder * 1 tsp Zeera Powder * 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder * 1 tbsp Olive Oil * 2 Green Chillis,finely chopped * 1 tbsp Pomegrenate Seeds(Anaar Dana) * 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (Roasted + Crushed) * 2 onions ,shredded(water removed) * 1 Bunch Hara Dhania * 1 small bowl Besan (Gram Flour)
Method to make Lauki ke kabab:

1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the besan(gram flour) 2. Slowly add in the gram flour until it is evenly incorporated with rest of the ingredients. 3. Allow mixture to settle for 15-20 mins. 4. Start making the kabab,the thickness of lauki ke kabab should not be more than 1 cm. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides. 7. Serve Lauki ke kabab with mint raita.
