Ingredients:

For grinding:

  * 1.5 tbsp Coriander Seeds(Dhania,sabut)
  * 1.5 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds(Anaar Dana)
  * 1 tbsp Coconut Powder
  * 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  * 4 Green Cardamoms(Sabz Elaichi)
  * 1.5 tsp White Cumin Seeds (Safaid Zeera)
  * 1 tsp Blackpepper Corns (Kali mirch,sabut)
  * 4 Cloves (Laung)
  * 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks or (1 tsp Darcheeni)
  * 1/3 pc Nutmeg (Jaifal)
  * 1/3 pc Mace (Jawantri)
  * 1.5 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  * 2 Black Cardamoms (Kali Elaichi)

For adding to grinded mixture:

  * 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  * 6 Green Cardamoms (Sabz Elaichi)
  * 4 cloves (Laung)
  * 2-3 Bayleafs

Method:

  1. In a grinder grind all the spices mentioned above under the heading for grinding.
  2. Once grinded add the remaining spices to the mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Delicious Korma Masala Powder Recipe is ready.
  5. You can add 2 tbsp of this powder while making your korma.
  6. Korma Masala Powder can be preserved in a jar for 4-5 months.
