* 3 cups Basmati Rice,soaked * 1 cup Peas * 2 tomatoes,chopped * 2 Potatoes,diced * 1 onion sliced * 100 ml oil * 1.5 tbsp Sabut Garam Masala * 5-6 curry leaves * 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste * 1 tbsp Coriander Powder(Dhania) * 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder * 1 tsp Salt * 3 green chillis,,chopped * Water as desired.(3 cups)

1. In a wok heat the oil. 2. Once hot add the onions. 3. Fry until translucent. 4. Now add in the sabut garam masala. 5. Fry for 2-3 mins. 6. Next add in curry leaves. 7. Saute for another 2 mins. 8. Now add the ginger garlic paste. 9. Fry for another 3 mins. 10. Next add in salt, tomatoes,potatoes,coriander powder and peas. 11. Fry for 5-8 mins. 12. Now cover and cook for 5 mins. 13. Uncover and add in 1 cup (250 ml)water. 14. Cover again and cook for another 10-15 mins until potatoes and peas are well softened. 15. Once soft add in 2.5 cups water,garam masala powder and green chillis. Cover and Bring the water to boil. 16. Once water is bubbling add in the soaked rice. 17. Cook on medium heat with the lid uncovered until water evaporates for 5-8 mins. 18. Next cover the lid and cook on medium low flame for 7-8 mins until the rice are well dammed. 19. Serve with raita or chutney. 20.
