Kairi ki Chutney Pakistani Recipe | Raw Mango Chutney | Ramadan Recipes | Khatti Meethi Chutney

Ingredients: 250 g Kairi(Raw mango),peeled and thinly sliced 2.5 cups water 1 tsp Roasted Zeera Powder 12 tsp Kalonji Seeds 12 tsp Pumpkin Seeds 14 tsp Yellow Food Color 12 tsp Red chilli Powder Pinch of Salt 1 cup Sugar

Method: In a pan bring the water to boil. Once boiling add the sugar. Once the sugar is dissolved and bubbling add the food color. Now add the the kairi slices. Mix well .Add the red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder and the salt.Mix well. Once the mixture starts to thicken use a beater to mash the mixture until smooth. Now add the kalonji seeds and pumpkin seeds. Mix well cook for around 3-4 mins.
