  * 500 g Potatoes,cut in wedges
  * 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  * 1 tsp SaltĀ  or as per taste
  * 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
  * 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  * Water for blanching


  1. In a pot heat 3 cups of water.
  2. Once boiling add the potato wedges to it. Blanch for 5 mins.
  3. Remove from heat and strain out the water.
  4. In a bowl mix the blanched potato wedges,spices and olive oil.
  5. Toss around so that the potato wedges are evenly coated.
  6. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  7. Place potato wedges on a baking tray spreading the potato wedges evenly.
  8. Bake at 200 C for 15 -20 mins until potato wedges are golden brown and crisp.
  9. Serve with ketchup.
  10. Enjoy.
